Hardscape's Uncrackable* Guarantee - What Does It Mean?

This means in the context of normal usage, Hardscape pavers will not break.

When our porcelain paver clients use Hardscape Certified Installers for their paver installation, their pavers are automatically eligible for our 15-year non-transferable warranty for residential projects and 10 years for commercial projects.

Please note, the word ‘uncrackable’ does not mean our pavers are indestructible.

Nor does it mean that before they are installed that they can’t be cracked.

One of the features of our pavers is that they can in fact be cut to any desired shape or size.

Certified Installers understand exactly how best to do this.

Our pavers must be installed properly and by Certified Installers.

When this is the case, they will not crack due to heat, or heavy vehicles such as SUVs.

Before installation, our pavers can be cracked with all kinds of equipment such as, but not limited to, a hammer.

This in no way voids Hardscape’s Uncrackable* Guarantee.

Our guarantee applies to pavers *after* installation and then only if they are installed by Installers certified by Hardcape.com.
